Physicality Facilitator VeVe warmly welcomes a group of 5 women and 5 men into her training room for a special instructional workshop.
None of VeVe's new students have met before, but they all share a secret and unexplored desire: they are all curious about wrestling and strength challenges against members of the opposite sex. And they all need a little push to help them begin...

In this scenario, VeVe Lane presents a mixed wrestling "starter course" as a singles' mixer workshop. The 10 participants are trepidacious at first, each having been told by previous dates that they were "too intense" or "too rough" when it came time to get physical. But VeVe puts them at ease, encouraging them to celebrate their strength-loving inclinations and showing them the techniques of the Sensual Strength Duel.
VeVe leads her new students through numerous strength challenges, with the women and men pairing up and switching to new partners for each new contest. The stare down, the powerful handshake, the fingerlock test of strength, the clinch, the bearhug, and the rolling ground grapple!
Nervous to start, the participants learn the contests together with their sportswear on. But as they become more comfortable feeling and showing their strength, VeVe encourages them to... get more comfortable. They strip to their underwear and dive back in. The mixed pairings strain, sweat, smile, and gritting their teeth, all clashing simultaneously, they intensely focus in on their contests.

The women's strength and enthusiasm prove beyond what the men can match. The ladies gradually take control of their sweaty battles, and they love every second of it.
Eventually VeVe calls the lesson to a close, encouraging the women to flex and pose victoriously over their exhausted male partners.
"Show off your strength, make them marvel at it," says VeVe. "I hope we all made some new friends," she says, smiling, as the ladies celebrate their unlocked power and the men lay in awe of the experience.
